Fleur is an excellent zumba teacher! Her classes ALWAYS include a great variety of dances and tunes, and different types of music, we never know what is coming! That makes for an exciting session, and I always leave the Good Life after her class (and Katia's!) feeling joyful.....

Wow, just wow. I've only visited this place a couple times, but in the time I've been here, I've been treated with utter respect. A young lad, I think he said his name was Jack. He provided the chips with amazing service. Props to everyone involved as well. They all put effort into making sure you feel respected and they truly deserve the same respect back.

I've considered pondering into the gym here, as I've been looking for a gym of closer proximity to my humble abode.

Anyway, the staff was great, except for the second time, where there was conflict, however, it may have been friendly banter to encourage and lighten up our day. Jack and all the goodlife staff are absolutely excellent.

OH MY GOOD GRACIOUS, I WAS GIVEN A FREE COMPLIMENTARY BANANA, WILL. BE. BACK! But no snake...

I'm enjoying my classes at Goodlife. Staff and other participants are super friendly and welcoming. Programming is exactly as described. Facility is clean and well kept.

The coaches at Goodlife swim club have been wonderful for our boys. They are dedicated and supportive of each individual child, and offer a great range of squad times, race nights and extra club activities. The club is extremely welcoming and inclusive and the facilities are well maintained.

Went to an Art exhibition last week and was very impressed with the quality of facilities available at this complex. Great variety of sports options and ample parking for all. A real gem hidden in a beautiful part of Buderim.

What a wonderful place - I do Aqua - husband does gym. The Cafe is really good. All the staff are amazing - People DO matter here.

As well as all the programs during the week - Goodlife Church is so welcoming and the teaching is very relevant to today. kids love it too.
There is something for everyone here - check it out - you won’t be disappointed.
