I wasn't able to see Bree as she was sick on the day of my visit, so Claire kindly stepped in.

Claire conducted her massage wearing latex gloves which is something I've never experienced before and to be honest it detracted from the massage experience for me.

I get that there are valid health reasons she may wish to do this, but I would have liked to have been advised in advance, as I would have made other arrangements. (I should also have spoken up on the day, which is my fault.)

I also felt that time was an issue, as it was mentioned on a couple of occasions.

EDIT: Both Claire and Bree have reached out to me following my review and have been thoroughly professional. I now understand that Claire had a cut on her hand and wore gloves for safety reasons. This is NOT how she usually conducts her massages.

I booked a 60-minute acupuncture appointment with Claire online.

I received a massage with another therapist which was great, but also quite firm and slightly painful in areas. The therapist seemed knowledgeable and gave some great tips and advice to help me manage my pain.

Later, Claire then took over to begin the acupuncture. Without going into detail, I felt the service was quite rushed and unprofessional. I didn’t feel relaxed and was left with pins in for an extended period which created discomfort. The removal was quite uncomfortable as well. Upon completion, my appointment ran 1 hour over time.
