We bought our friends here as we’d thoroughly enjoyed the acai bowls the last time that we’d visited. Unfortunately, the service was so poor this time! The young lady who served us treated us like our order was an inconvenience to her. She rolled her eyes each time we added a new item to our order. I understand you were busy but not one person working had was polite, friendly or inviting. The açais were good but the service put me off ever coming back.

I ordered a large Pippi juice ($11 on the menu) but was charged $12. I assumed prices had gone up, so I didn’t question it. When my order arrived, it was a smoothie. I politely said I’d ordered the Pippi juice, and the staff member questioned me multiple times if I was sure. The girl who took my order admitted she misheard me, thinking I said “cookie,” and apologised. However, the older staff member seemed annoyed and gave me a sour look, and no one mentioned the overcharge or offered the $1 difference back. It’s a small amount, but not great business practice. Repeating orders back to customers could help prevent this kind of confusion.

Açai bowls were watered down with coconut water which left them tasteless. Fruit mix ins and granola were good though.
Coffee was terrible despite using great Padre beans. Watched 2 other separate customers abandon their coffee with complaint while we were sitting there.

Never again. I watched the girl cut my egg in half. Drop it on the ground. Try and pick it and place it back in the sandwich. Then saw me looking and placed it on the bench for 20mins before serving me half an egg.

Ordered a ham and cheese bagel which was meant to be toasted, completely cold in the middle, took one bite and threw it out as I had already driven away. Oat latte was pretty average along with the service.
Response to the owner: Yes It was definitely Good Days, you had a sign up saying $8 Ham and cheese Bagel last Tue 27 Aug, might want to check who was working that day before saying you never sell bagels. Not a good look
