We arrive at 8:30, they close at 10pm, everything sold out, every single topping and also EVERY SINGLE FRUIT SURUP FLAVOUR. The 2 staff are like high on drug, cob web and insect everywhere, how can a store be so dirty and horrendous like this? I hope you close down soon, disgusting store.

When I went to order half the drinks were sold out and they only had one serving left of pearls left. The regular teas that I usually get were not nice. I ended up ordering something that was truely awful. The teas were not up to there usual standards and did not taste good. It was a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

When I went to order most of the drinks and pearls were sold out and they only had one serving of tapioca pearls left. The regular teas that I ordered were sold out and I ended up ordering something else that was disgusting. I do not recommend this to anyone. You will not get what you think you will get and it is a massive waste of money.

It's great that a Gongcha has finally opened up at Ramsgate! Drinks tasted good and took a while to make. However topping levels were inconsistent and sometimes very low compared to other Gongcha stores. I brought my Large Lychee Oolong & Aloe back to Gongcha Ramsgate to ask for a topping top-up due to the scarce amount, yet service was appalling and the close-up image shows the level of topping after top-up. Atmosphere was great - good music, and outside tables to sit and relax at.

Worst place ever!!!! Always sold out never have anything we want in stock. They seem like tightass as they only stock a few items not the whole menu don’t ever go there. Drive to kogarah and get it better staff and more friendly as well

So happy a store opened here in Ramsgate but disappointed all the time. They are always sold out in toppings. Today I could get any toppings except for pearls, white pearls or coffee jelly… what a joke

I have been here on numerous occassions and have been disappointed majority of the time. The drinks almost never taste normal. They’re either very watered down, no flavour/odd flavour, not the correct amount of sugar etc. I think staff need to be trained better on how to make the drinks properly.

We were thrilled when this store opened in Ramsgate. Unfortunately, the inconsistency of orders such as diluted flavours, or missing syrups, items out of stock, small amounts of jelly and foam as well as getting the drink size wrong is becoming unacceptable! We order at least 3 times a week and orders are incorrect 2 out of 3. I can deal with the bad service and occasionally rude staff. However receiving incorrect orders this often is unacceptable. Even when I switched to ordering via the app, orders are wrong. I’d rather drive to another store to ensure I get what I purchased.
