A fantastic location with apartments that all seem to have balconies overlooking the river. An older block of apartments but well maintained and updated. Being less than a five minute walk from Tenerife Ferry Terminal it has easy access to the city via a very nice scenic ferry ride. Great coffee shops and eateries only a few steps away.

A great place to stay. Right on the river and very close to the ferries.
One bed apartment was comfortable with all amenities with a balcony view of the river.
The pool was a bonus.
Super secure parking in the basement.
Wonderful walks along the river day or night.
Only downside was a workman cut the cable to the WiFi on the last day, but ample 4G signal

The photos on the website do not represent ALL of the rooms/apartments. Apartments are individually owned and some are unrenovated. The block is in a great location but the room we were allocated had dripping/slowly running taps that couldn't be turned off, 30+ year old stove/oven, old fridge, and very basic window furnishings. The roller blind in the bedroom didn't fully cover the window which meant we couldn't block out the super bright hallway light overnight. Towels were thin. Overall it was old tired and a bit grubby. It certainly didn't meet my definition of luxury. Ask for details before you book.

Friendly, helpful managers to greet us when we arrived who offered us any assistance we needed. Not a huge, overpopulated complex. Lovely, clean apartments with great views of the river just a short walk to the Teneriffe City Cat Terminal. Many places to eat nearby with the Breakfast Creek Hotel not too far away as well as a small shopping centre with the essential businesses. A great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city, but not too far for a city cat ride if that’s where you want to go. Have stayed here a few times and will definitely be back!

Absolutely deplorable
The room was nothing like it appeared on bookings.com
Absolutely disgraceful service when we discovered that the coffee table was actually a pet cage and it had animal dedication remaining in it
The room was not very nice for the price being paid, it was old and run down and smelt terrible
The beds were extremely hard and squeaky when we first tested them out before discovering the animal dedication
The reception staff were rude and demeaning and difficult to deal with
We were left with no where to stay and no way to pay for somewhere to stay as it would take 5-7days to be returned
Absolutely horrible experience

There are no lifts in the complex
The parking was horrible also

We stayed a total of 13 nights , Oct 2023.
Our 2 bedroom was very spacious and well cared for. The location was perfect , close to the ferry and great river views as well as shopping nearby.
The front desk staff were amazing , very friendly and helpful.
We definitely recommend and look forward to a future stay.

We have stayed here twice now and both times we have been extremely happy.
Nice, tidy apartments with everything you would need for a trip away.
This year we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment from a two bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it.
The management team were great and attentive. We checked in late Friday afternoon and they responded to our issue and had it resolved within the hour.
Perfect outlook overlooking the river and very big and spacious apartments. Note that each apartment is privately owned so some owners may be more responsive then others when it comes to repairs but the management will always put in 110%. Great place to stay during the Teneriffe festival as well.
We will definitely be back next year!!!
