First time here. Initially annoyed as booking not in register. Masseuse Lolita explained people don't show up so for them, bookings are a possibility not a certainty. I get it. She offered me to leave, but I stayed. Massage was intense which was great - thorough - she looked after me and respected the time. Thank you Golden Spa.

I’ve paid for an hour full body. I booked at 6:30pm., they started 6:35 and finished at 7:20. It wasn’t full hour and they massaged only back No Front of body. 15 minutes left should be front of body😞

This was the worst experience ever. The massage was good but the time was not monitored at all. I paid for half an hour upfront but needed an hour as I was truly in pain. The lady assured me it would only be double the price but kept leaving the room every few minutes during the massage. In the end I probably got total of a 15-20 minute massage and wouldn't let me leave unless I paid her $250.
I am very unhappy with this Golden Spa as the massage was good just the time and money was a waste.

I have never thought I will ever experience a worser experience in my life at a massage place the way I did here I will never go there or recommend anyone go there. I don’t usually like to share these kinds of reviews but I have to cause it was really disappointing. Went there for a full body massage for 60 min, ended up getting 45 min instead with my neck, head, arms, feet and shoulders un touched she went on repeat on the same place on my back for almost half hour. Worst massage ever warning DONT GO!! Try at your own risk 😅
