I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Caitlyn at Golden Hour Cosmetic Lounge, and I can't recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, and it was so clear that she's genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the treatment I was getting, which made the entire experience not only enjoyable but also informative. I felt completely at ease, and her expertise really shows. I’ll absolutely be sticking with Caitlyn for the long haul, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch care and results.

I visited Golden hour cosmetics to get lip filler for the first time. Caitlyn was professional, kind and transparent, explaining all the ins and outs of the procedure and what do expect. As a first timer, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I have had my filler for 2 days now, and they have healed better than I expected with very minimal swelling and the bruising. Thank you so much Caitlyn for a great experience!

I cannot recommend Golden Hour enough! After a less than satisfactory treatment elsewhere in Launceston, I was relieved to find Caitlyn at Golden Hour. She worked with me to ensure that my treatment was tailored to my needs, and she took care to ensure I was only using the product that I needed - which made me realise how much I have overpaid in the past! I very much trust her professional judgement and she took the time to answer any questions that I had and explained things so that I understood. She is very approachable and I have been very happy with the outcome of my treatments. I also felt comfortable knowing I could go back with any issues, though there haven't been any. I highly recommend and I wouldn't go anywhere else 🙂

Caitlyn was the most incredible person to work with, she helped me achieve my goals all while making sure I was comfortable. She did not pressure me into anything and the quality of her work speaks for itself. I am so happy with the outcome, and am so much more confident thanks to it!
