More than expected. Clean, newly decorated, excellent large warm bathroom. Air con, kitchen with everything. Great for 4 people, close to shops. Quiet, beds very comfortable. Slept well.

I very angry, because i send à message below, because my husband is fall hill, and we must stay in Melbourne, i asked to the hotel a refund due to our problem. They don’t want anymore. Really bad customer service. My message :" I am contacting you because we are unable to stay with you as my hussard Eric berthillier is at the hospital in Melbourne so unable to travel, I can send you proof if you need it. Can you please cancel our réservation and please refund us. Thank you for your understand" .

This place we last visited 3 years ago and currently for 2 nights. It hasn't changed, it is clean, comfortable, affordable, central to everything and good parking spaces. The room sizes are big and the bed is comfortable which is all you need. I have stayed at many motels in this area and this has been the best.

Our experience was great.
The location was easily accessible and easy to find.
All the important facilities are nearby.
Overall it was a pleasant stay for us.( just an overnight though)

Went for christmas holidays with friends had great experience room was clean and hygienic staff was friendly.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM # 11

I'm an electric wheelchair user so my review is from that perspective.

Great motel with a really extensive mini bar! Extremely clean and in a good location.

They even thoughtfully provide a bucket of water and window squeegee to clean your windscreen.

The only 2 small improvements I could see, would be a second grab rail in the shower for safety. And another mirror somewhere. The only way for me to get front on to the one currently there is by sitting on the toilet.

Really well cared for property and a lot of effort put in to make guests feel comfortable.
