I don’t normally write reviews, but I really wanted to take a moment to praise the exceptional service I received from Dan at Golden Beach Tavern. Every time I visit Caloundra, I make a point of having lunch or dinner here, and over the past two weeks, Dan has truly stood out. From my first visit, his friendly and attentive service made an impression, and when I returned a week later, he not only remembered me but greeted me with, ‘It’s nice to see you again,’ which made me feel genuinely welcome. He goes above and beyond for customers and is an absolute asset to the team.

On top of the outstanding service, the meals here are always delicious and very reasonably priced. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend stopping by!

Massive portions of great quality food at extremely reasonable prices.

The decor and atmosphere is great and unlike any other tavern I have been too.

We followed our nose, the smell of grilled meat called out to us after a day at Australian Zoo. We ordered the Eye Fillet and it was very tasty. Our server was delightful! Very nice and well spoken. We felt very welcome. Thank you, Daniel!

Stopped in for lunch and had the steak sandwich. It was nice just a little cold and so were the chips. Daniel served us and he was very polite and friendly a real super star.

Happy to say we went again last week and everything was perfect. Food was hot this team.

Great experience. Fantastic service, food was fantastic. Our server Dan was so polite and professional. Kids area is a nice outdoor spot for the kids to explore.

Great selection of beer, wine and cocktails. My partners steak was cooked to perfection and he loved the pepper sauce. My barramundi was cooked beautifully with a crisp skin, divine!
