Now I’m not one to write a bad review and I have been here more than once and have had a great massage but unfortunately this time was not the same experience. I had booked a deep tissue massage and they booked a little old lady in for me who couldn’t do the massage. after mentioning to her multiple times I ended up with a rock wrapped in a paper towel pushed into my back for an hour. No massage was performed but possibly a punishment for asking for a deep tissue massage.
On leaving there was no staff to speak to at the reception and the little old lady rushed out before i could say any more.
A refund or a massage with one of the other team members would be appreciated.

Very clean and great ambiance with nice relaxing music. I got a deep tissue massage my Yam, and she was excellent! The best massage I have had in a long time.

This was the best massage I ever had, and I'm a massage therapist. I had a lady named BIEW (not sure how to spell it), but she was so attentive, firm, thorough, and didn't miss an inch of my body. She made me feel like I was on a cloud. I will be back again and again. My body and my mind are clear and as light as air! Thank you so much Biew. ❤️
