I spent $175 on an acrylic nail set and pedicure, and I’ve never felt so disappointed. The experience was painful, The nail technician (I believe was the owner) was rough, leaving multiple cuts on my fingers, and aggressive with her work. Despite repeatedly asking for natural-looking nails, she insisted they would look fine in the end, but instead, I ended up with fluorescent peach and white nails that looked nothing like what I wanted or usually get. By the end of the appointment, I was in so much discomfort that I just smiled through the pain and left.
To make matters worse, my pedicure shellac was poorly done, with streaks and uneven coverage, and it didn’t even fully cover my toes (please see photos). I went in needing just an infill, but instead, the technician cut all my nails off and started over, claiming it would look better. The technician who did my nails and was overly pushy and aggressive, and I had difficulty understanding her.
I’ve attached an inspiration picture of what I wanted, alongside what I actually received. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Changed nail place because they always make them so chunky and bumpy but went back today and I’m so disappointed $80 dollars for chunky bumpy and each nail not the same shape, yes I like things to be precise and care put in… all they care about it quantity not quality. Also She nicked my finger and proceeds to say I need to hold my nails down which I WASS!! 😭😭😭 no crispness to them, if you know what I mean 😫

Lady was being so rude and tied to scam me for more money, snatched the card off me when I was trying to pay, was talking to the girl next to her and forgot to glue on one of my thumbs until realising at the end, she told me I can’t do a pattern on lol of my nails or it will look super ugly, did a poor job on my nails, and made my skin and cuticles so dry like a desert, don’t go here, this place sucks

ive gotten my acrylics here twice and the placement was actually horrific- i went back the second time asking for a flatter placement and the guy doing my nails blamed me and my nails and was really rude- i was like oh ok must be my nailbeds until i went to another salon and they were perfect.

Really love my nails, got thin french tip which were painted on really well. My pinky however has some of the acrylic still on it which is on my skin and irritating it but i didn't realise until i was at home.

I have mixed experiences with this nail salon. My first 2 pedicures were wonderful. Great massage, foot spa, nail colour and lovely staff, but that was over a year ago. The next time they were busy so it was very rushed, nail polish put on thick and quick so it smudged easily very disappointing especially since the price had gone up. I didn’t plan to go back after that experience but my teenage daughter went in to treat herself before formal. She had been in with me once before and thought she was getting a pedicure like we had before but she got no foot spa just nails painted on dirty feet and was charged a shocking amount because apparently they used gel nail polish (which she didn’t want and said there was no mention of and she was too shy to ask why she wasn’t getting the usual pedicure treatment of getting feet washed etc). There needs to be better communication if they are going to use a more expensive nail polish without the customer specifically asking for gel or shellac. My daughter came home very upset that she had been charged $65 on nail polish she didn’t want and didn’t even get the special treatment of a pedicure.

Learn from our experience, don’t bother going if it’s busy and ask lots of questions about pricing and treatment so you know what you’re getting and going to be charged. I know a similar experience has happened to other customers who have been getting nails painted the same time as me so I wonder if the staff deliberately don’t say when they offer a more expensive nail polish.

Paid for full price manicure but all I received was a very quick file, no cutting of nail despite some being much longer than others, and no attention to cutical. Polish application was rushed and not dry between coats, leaving the polish with lumps and bubbles, and not fully covering nail. Polish chipped off along edges within 1 hour of appointment.
