Showed up at 350 for a Mocha coffee.
One of the staff was unhappy for me to sit down at 350 as they are closing at 4. They said they are closing at 4. They almost succeeded to make me feel unwelcome. They asked if I will leave at 4 and I said yes. It took 6 minutes to get the coffee. Coffee was one of the nicest Mocha in town for 8.20. The counter staff followed up in a nice manner about the quality of the coffee which was nice. I finished the coffee in 4 minutes and was seen off by the nice staff( whod made the coffee). Overall nice coffee and ok atmosphere but staff could be more professional in a competative environment for a shop that closes at 4 pm in the afternoon.

I often drop into Gloria Jeans at Wagga Wagga because the coffee is always spot on and the staff are so friendly. I just read a previous review about the condition of the bathroom and I just had to respond. I have never ever in all my time of coming to this cafe found the bathrooms to be untidy. I’m surprised that people can post reviews like this without speaking to staff and giving them the first opportunity to assess or address a problem if it exists. I was at the cafe 10 minutes after that review was posted and the toiilets were fine.

Staff nice, shop dirty, chairs dirty, windows dirty, floor dirty, toilets filthy. I will never go there again.
Wagga health inspector should inspect the place. Close it down until it's clean.

Staff is amazing, and the drinks are too, although one time I bought 2 drinks and my friend was complaining about how hers was mostly ice chunks and unfortunately she wasn't wrong. Besides that it's great, 100% recommend

Dirty behind the counter and dirty tables The man serving extremely rude with appalling customer service. He was not happy when I asked if we could have our table wiped. Would've been quite happy to do myself if he was too busy. My caranel tart tasted a few days old. Last owners were much more hospitable and clean. Toiltest atrocious.
