Ordered a decaf latte and double heckled to make sure it was decaf. Then, couldn’t fall asleep until 3am, thanks Gloria Jeans

Coffee tasted burnt and stale. Ordered done in and asked if I wanted a mug, replied yes and two minutes later was given my latte in a cardboard takeaway cup and told by the barista that we are closing soon and don’t do dine in now as we are closing . It was 1635hr. The barista is your problem, bad coffee and bad manners.

Here on holidays from Townsville (where we have no GJs anymore 😢) ordered my favourite chocolate frappe. It was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and fast. Hope to get back again before I leave.

The coffee was delicious, but the waitress wearing glasses had a bad attitude. Maybe I didn't express what I wanted well, but her attitude made me uncomfortable.

Great customer service! Ordered an iced mocha but the order was put in as a normal hot mocha. I was annoyed but sat down to sip on the hot mocha since I'd paid for it. Then an iced mocha appeared anyway. Brilliant!

I ordered a coffee and hot chocolate and 2 or 3 customers came in behind me and the staff member made all their drinks before mine and when I asked why I had to wait for everyone else to be served she said "it's easier to make cold drinks". Mmm! In my world its first come first serve, sorry to say we won't be back.

If your looking for an early morning coffee then forget it. This cafe is very rarely open at 7.00am. Staff are there but they need new clocks.
