Not many cakes. Fast service. Friendly staff. Sausage roll was disgusting. Doubt if it was even real meat. Coffee was just as bad.

I get a coffee daily at the Nth Mackay store. They're fantastic. My Pleasant, however, is really poor. The coffee is not made with the same amount of care and it's obvious in the taste. Barely drinkable sometimes. Last time I went my coffee lid wasn't on properly and as I took my first sip the hot bland liquid scolded my chest and ruined my new shirt. At least the staff had a laugh I guess.

The worst Iced coffee ever.!
Bought small iced coffee this morning, and it teased like pure milk and the colour doesn’t even look like coffee. And I asked the stuff, she told me”. Oh it’s small , and it’s less coffee and extra milk. So you mean the tease between large iced coffee and the small one is different?
Anyways, just letting you guys know small coffee not good to purchase.

So disappointed, I am a regular customer to Gloria Jeans north Mackay, (cant fault them) but this particular day went to Mt P, and stood at counter for a minute wondering why I was not being served yet lady was aware I was there, turns out Gloria jeans Mt P, doesn't shut on listed time but when its more convenient for staff. Apart from the young lad that works there, customer service is disgusting.

2020- still don't know how to make a coffee!!! Go to woolies by a bottle of water and coffee. Place teaspoon of coffee in the cold water and shake; you still would have a better coffee then what i was served.
