Gloria Jean's never disappoints! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with amazing service and a perfect cup of coffee. The caramel latte is hands down my favorite, with just the right balance of sweetness and rich coffee flavor. I also love the cozy, inviting vibe of their stores — it’s always a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff is friendly and always makes sure my order is exactly how I like it.

The variety of drinks and pastries is fantastic, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of their offerings. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but you get what you pay for — premium quality and an overall great experience. Highly recommend Gloria Jean’s to any coffee lover!

This is absolutely 100% the best Gloria Jeans I have been too!! “The quality of the food is A1 and all of the food is so dam tasty and fresh!! Tim tam chiller is to die for!! “Literally”.
So anyways!! I work 10 hour night shifts and this store is on my way home. I have been for a couple of morning each week! Everything I have purchased has been of amazing, high quality.
Coffee is “one of the best I have tasted for sure”.
Cheese kaek, blueberry muffins and “let’s just say everything”.

Man who came out to my car with my order, made it his prerogative to lean down and greet me at my car door and hand me my food and drink items.

Whoever is the owner of this establishment, you should be proud of your work and of your staff!!

One happy customer for sure!🙌

Coffee was good but they need the coffee beverage selection viewable to those using drive through. There was only large menus of the seasonal dessert options and iced drinks. All items should be visible on a menu for those driving through

I'm a regular Acai smoothie girl, we just bought 2 and OMG YUK.. I don't think they are trained the same way because this Acai was so watery and full of ice junks and had no flavour or acai in it. It was so unpleasant to eat and was not made like the one's I always get. It had hardly any granola in it either. What a waste of $30

Edit: I originally wrote a disappointed review. I can proudly say that steps were taken to improve the quality of their drinks. I have been back a few times now and the drinks are magnificent. Thank you to the owner of Hoxton Park.

Old review: The quality of the drinks has went downhill. I regularly come here, mostly every week. The last three purchases here my Iced Chocolate has not been good. WAY TOO much chocolate powder or like my recent purchase flavoured quite bizarrely (headache-inducing). This goes for coffee drinks as well. Please get it together. I want to be able to enjoy this place again. 2020-23’ stayed consistently good.

Mates and I love Gloria Jean's and decided to go out our way last night to finally go to this one. Interior looks really nice and service was quick 🙂 Everyone at the table got a dessert from the cabinet, though not everyone fancied the taste of their selected slice. I had the red velvet cake and it was alright, not as much much flavour though.

All our regular drink orders were made the way we know it to be, so we were happy by the end and had our Gloria Jeans craving satified 👍🏼 I haven't visited Gloria Jeans in a while so the posters advertising new menus (NY cookies, Oreo chiller range etc) made me curious to try next time. If ever in the area, will visit again!

This has to be some kind of joke? 30+ min in line, $20+ on a LARGE Acai Bowl just for youse to fill it up half way? Maybe get workers with less make up and more brains.

How are you going to justify my whole review on my remarks on the workers instead of approaching the issue of the lack of product served. If you want a whole 30+ min video of my dash cam of me waiting in line, I’m more than happy to do so. I also ordered extra sauce so it was over $20, if you want a screenshot of the payment I can do that too. You hire teens who mess up my orders nearly everytime I visit you guys. As a woman respect is served where it’s deserved. Very unprofessional
