I only had a coffee and cookie so can’t comment on food. I was pleasantly surprised that the coffee was to die for! It was actually hot, full bodied and the right amount of froth for cappuccino. Finally someone knows how to make a cappuccino! I don’t give a crap about your fancy froth art if you don’t know the difference between a flat white, latte and cappuccino. Well done girls. I’ll be back. The only thing I would say is a bit more seating and maybe some screening, feel like your getting brushed as people walk past, it’s not very comfortable.

Sign saying 9am but I was there till 9:30 and still not open. Left to go somewhere else. Staff moving slow. People waiting for them to open and no communication on how long we have to wait.

Absolutely dirty ,disgusting, this place is very dirty, using stools as tables, ripped chairs, dirty floor, tables don't get wiped....no pride..horrible

food is always so very yummy at gloria jean's, workers are usually very quick and efficient and i enjoy coming here for lunch or a quick coffee with my family and friends

No coffee at all!! A coffee shop with no coffee....that takes some effort. Left standing at the counter and didn't take payment until she returned with the food and a disgusting tasting Chai latte...yeah I won't bother next time. The lady was friendly but seemed a bit challenged by the job.
