The lovely lady who took my order was fast, but very polite. The coffee was fast but delicious, gorgeously foamy, and my croissant was so goodd ❤️ will recommend!!

The coffee at this spot can be a bit hit and miss, probably because they have different staff every time you pop in, which isn't ideal when making coffee which isn't a walk in the park or or it may be the type of beans they use who knows. Another issue is the lack of cleaning; it's off-putting to see those stained lounges that clearly need a good scrub. Their attempt at a fresh paint job doesn't fool anyone. On the bright side, the food is alright and doesn't break the bank. And those ice chocolate shakes? They're the bomb! Also, it's nice to hear that the owner is lovely and takes the time to greet customers when she's around. Have you discovered any other cool spots around that serve up good coffee or treats?

Would like to mention a young staff working today, Sofia.
She was bright and full with energy with her customer service. I had the crème brûlée chiller and was really good.
The other two girls were also really nice.

It’s great to go whenever I’m in the area.

Food & coffee was nice. Friendly staff. Can add more vegetarian options to their savoury menu. Aircon doesn’t cool too well, but is ok. Overall, very clean food display fridge and sitting area.

Coffee was super weak, way too hot (over steamed) and milk had zero texture to it.
Avoid if you like coffee. ? regret wasting my money.

Milkshake is nice and the flavouring is just perfect. Had a coffee too, asked for one sugar but tasted like very little had been put in. Overall, Gloria Jeans is a good cafe

The service was great, but the conditions that they work in are terrible, it was a 35 degree day and it was hotter inside the cafe.
There were three young girls which were lovely considering the conditions they had to work through. They've got no aircon and I couldn't even sit in there to eat what I ordered because I felt like I was going to pass out, I cant imagine how the employees feel working in there all day. Unless they get there aircon fixed I would not recommend going there.

This cafe is unclean. I dont usually review low, however, not a good idea to eat here as cafe was left open to heat, flies, everything...every time i've been. Will not be returning.Tables left dirty and flies everywhere, seats and floor look grubby and deteriorated, decor bad. Food in the display cabinets looks stale. Food questionable as everything is reheated and at risk due to the inadequate air conditioning and inadequate cleanliness. Large automatic doors are left open to bugs and heat. I would say it needs a close inspection and vast improvements to keep trading. Its a shame as the Waratah Village centre is nice otherwise. Probably needs reporting to health authority.
