What a absolute joke you guys are!! Just ordered a triple bacon egg toastini on uber eats and you swapped it for a chicken teriyaki one and write me a note saying there's no bacon and eggs left so U included a treat!!! A cookie I didn't want I would of got a refund rather than this slapped together disgusting thing you have given me!! Absolutely appalling customer service!!

Yesterday I purchased a long black on ice with a dash of milk. For $6.77 yes $6.77 I was given a plastic cup of ice filled either cold water and one shot of milk. Seriously this is ridiculously expensive for one shot of coffee. Shame on you Gloria Jean. I should have been given a refund but no.

$7.37 for a large is too much, its nice enough that id get it if i didnt have time to go elsewhere. Coffee part of the mocha was good

Good choice of food. Well priced coffee - if you’re working on a budget I would suggest this place as a bite to eat & a coffee is under $10. Good choice and arrangement of seating. Friendly staff, they took my order with a smile.

Terrible service, 3 young kids working with zero supervision and lack of care for their job. Ordered a sausage roll, took 20 mins and they completely burnt it. Then rather saying anything, I witnessed them start scraping off the black sausage roll as if it was burnt toast…. Called them out on the spot and told them to just refund me. No apology and the two boys behind the counter seemed to find the whole thing funny, never again
