They’re always so lovely to go to. I have memory loss of the staff have made the extra effort to remembering my couple orders so that when I’m struggling to remember what I want to drink instead of putting the pressure and stress on me, they remember it for me and put it through which makes my day so much easier. I appreciate everything they do and their coffee is amazing. You have to try it. I ended up buying some of their GroundUP hazelnut beans to take home so delicious.

Very friendly staff. I loved the mixed berry drink and I think the vanilla slice is the best sweet I’ve ever had! It’s so soft and creamy with a slight spongy-ness, it’s not too crunchy and not too sweet as most others are! 10/10

Used to pop in all the time when I worked in the centre and was always met with great customer service. Hadn’t been there here for almost a year and was still met with the same level of service and staff remembered my name. They go the extra mile to make you feel valued as a customer

Quality and consistency of drinks and food was so bad that I actually took the time to report it to the head office. There is no care for hygiene, there is no communication between staff members, management is rude, and nothing is made to standard. Tables were disgusting and gloves were not worn when food prepping. After asking nicely if my order could be remade properly I was treated like a complete burden and made to feel bad for asking for what I paid for. I used to be such a fan, shame to see this place has gone so far down the drain.

Gloria Jean's Long Black coffee was like dishwater, maybe they just gave me instant coffee ? as it was served quick. Cakes OK but nothing spectacular.

Would be great if they made the Voltage coffee properly. They never actually do it and I've asked if they changed how its done, they said no. There is also really poor communication between staff so its incredibly hard to get what you actually want. Such a pity because I used to love this place.
