Gloria Jeans Mt Annan has definitely improved since the last time i was here ! I got to meet the new owner Linh and new staff they’re all super friendly ! Providing great quality coffee and foods definitely recommend !

My new go to spot ,, don’t forget to try the chillers 🙂

Best coffee and chillers, been a few times and the service has been amazing. Staff are friendly and the new owners seem to really care about their customers. Love the white chocolate mocha and my wife loves the Oreo chillers.

If you live in the area and love your coffee or just feeling peckish you have to give this place a try. Highly recommend the almond croissant.

I’ve been buying my coffee from this cafe for a while now and I noticed that since the new owners have taken over a few months ago, the coffee has been consistently good quality coffee each and every time. The atmosphere in the shop is great, and I love the 90’s RnB music that is sometimes played in the shop.

The staff behind the counter look very happy which creates a warm vibe.

Highly recommend.

Thankfully, now under new management and so much better now.
I stopped going for years until now as it used to be poorly run, but not anymore.

Recently visited Gloria Jean's in Mt Annan, and the new management has really improved the place. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I loved their Matcha Chiller! I'll definitely be back for more ?

They absolutely ruined my morning. The cashier working today (11th June) was clueless and irritating. She asked me to repeat my order 4 times rudely, struggled to put the order into the machine and says she gives up. Seriously? Train your staff and hire people who actually want to work. On top of that, I got overcharged and waited way too long. The other customers kept sighing when they were waiting for their orders. We all regretted giving these clowns a chance. Go through your CCTV footage and have a look. Good luck competing with the 10+ other coffee places in the same vicinity

I would like to give the new owners a massive shout out! I haven’t been to this store in over 2 months as I had a bad experience however I thought perhaps with new management I may have to give it another go … where do I begin, the warm welcome when I walked in, the upbeat music, this place is so inviting now! And where do I begin with the coffee… that silky milky cappuccino has me craving more! I am absolutely amazed! Congratulations to the new owners thank you for taking care of me and introducing yourselves
