I come here occasionally when I am in the centre. Have got both take away and eaten in.
The food is generally fine, the same at just about any Gloria jeans you go to. The service however is the worse part about coming to this store.
It's rare that you get a vibe from the staff that they have any interest in actually being there. In my most recent visit yesterday, there was 3 staff members working behind the counter, the person who served me, who was average. A lady who made the coffee whom I had no interaction with, and the lady who handed the drink to me. The lady who handed me my drink ruined the entire experience of coming here for me, she completely ignored my existence, didn't look in my direction, call out what the drink was or say a single word.. She was too busy trying to have a conversation with another staff member, her demeanor and attitude was just absolutely rude and disrespectful.
If this is the service you can expect when coming to this store, I'll be finding a different store in the centre to take my business in future.

Stopped in for an iced drink with a few people, service was quick and plenty of seating areas with the free newspaper to read, was a nice touch.

Staff member nearly knocked my son out with a trolley while he has taking the trash out at the end of the day. Worker was too busy on his phone and not aware of his surroundings didn’t even apologise.

Worst coffee ever. Every time I’ve gone because the better coffee place in Minto is closing they always burn it without fail. Then to make it better they will give you extra flavouring to cover up the burn taste. I would recommend going here if you enjoy the taste of burnt coffee.

Disappointing and coffee taste like ammonia. It taste so bad we only had one sip.
My husband and I tried their coffee when we had a grocery run at Friday morning on 22nd May at Minto Mall. We had capuccino & flat white plus ham & cheese with tomato relish.
Bread was average but both coffee was very disappointing, didn't get to finish it as it taste like ammonia & doesn't even smell or taste like coffee beans. Coffee was bitter and taste like ammonia.
The owner might want to check the freshness of the beans or review their process when preparing coffee using the machine. We've wasted almost $11 for nothing and will never come back in this coffee shop.

Set the correct opening hours there have been numerous times early morning I’ve come to get a coffee and it’s not even open. Called the number and owner said oh yeah sorry we are closed we haven’t changed our times. Very unreliable
