this is the first time I’ve bought from MacArthur Square Gloria jeans I asked for a lemon tart. It seems like the lemon tart was sitting there for quite a long time as the crust was very dry and the lemon custard was actually all broken up already. it did not taste fresh at all. How long has it been sitting there?

Took my cousin and his family to the Gloria Jeans in MacArthur Square for food and drinks today as they were visiting us. We bought coffees and food, one of the food items we purchased was a Pumpkin and Rosemary Sausage roll. My partner proceeded to eat some of it before realising it didn’t taste that great, pulled back the pastry to reveal that it was covered in mould. This is disgusting. When I asked to speak to a manager, the staff told me there wasn’t one on duty and tried to give me another one. None of them even seem shocked or that concerned that this had happened. Definitely won’t be bringing any one here again.

I ordered 2 quiches and a regular coffee. I found it weird that I got my coffee in a to-go cup and received wooden cutlery to dine in. The staff didn’t bring out my food, I had to carry two plates and my coffee to my table. The coffee was lovely, but the quiches had a really thick layer of pastry and had a bread/cakey texture. Wasn’t the experience I wanted to dine in.

My sister bought me a cheesecake we flipped it over lucky I did and it was covered in mould , there customer service was excellent though they gave us a refund for the cheesecake and brought a fresh one over.

Had the worst coffee....shocking. The staff ...great and lovely customer service even though they were under the pumpe..obviously understaffed when I was there. Chairs every where..blocking getting through to tables...messy. The place needs updating as it looks very tired. BUT FIX YOUR COFFEE PLEASE!!!

Food was mislabeled, when staff were made aware they told me that’s what I’m having and to deal with it. Paid by card and asked for a refund to which I was told we don’t do refunds, after asking to talk to a manager they made a call and was told we can only do store voucher until I demanded a refund back onto my card where was told we will give you cash…. NOT HAPPY. Staff are so rude. By law I paid by card staff should know how to do a refund back onto that payment method… STAY AWAY
