I am a regular at Gloria Jeans Bella Vista outlet which is close to my work place. So if I say I am a regular...clearly means that I love its food and coffee. I visited Dural outlet for the first time today morning with my family for breakfast since it is closer to my residence. I had the most disappointing experience.
This outlet has 50% less food options that any other bigger outlet. The croissant ham n cheese was toasted till the point it was burnt. Despite mentioning extra extra hot coffee...it was just warm. The ham and cheese toastie that I ordered, the edges of the HAM were already dry...I could clearly make out that the food was not fresh. The pesto chicken sandwich and mushroom chicken filo were average. The blackforest slice I ordered was crumbling...both the cake crust and the cream. The cream was sour and had a weird smell.
It was such a shame that they were selling stale food and with so much food and variety we ordered...we clearly know that it was not fresh. Before leaving the place I gave feedback to the girl who was serving us and enquired about who owned the outlet...the outlet was owned by her mum. I was really surprised that in a way the owner was supervising the outlet and still the place was dirty, the food was stale and the two girls toasting the food and preparing coffee clearly had no barista experience. It was a really bad experience. I am surely not visiting this outlet again.

Despite clearly asking for a skim iced coffee at the counter, I saw the barista pouring full cream and had to correct her. She was also wearing AirPods, probably not listening. Not a great experience

Ordered 2 iced coffees and a cappuccino
All three drinks tasted like milk not like coffee if u going to skimp on coffee don't expect repeat customers .we won't be back..we don't want your sorry ..your hav a our money and we received low quality products which it's pretty obvious u are cutting corners to rip ppl off .word does get around no wonder so many complaints

amazing service and tasty coffee. Marcus and Lachy (the baristas) work so effectively together and make such a delicious blend for my family I every time we come in. Absolutely recommend gloria jeans in dural !!

I've visited quite a few times this week.

I'm quite happy with the service. I've missed the mudslide mocha - even if my waist doesn't 😛

The lady in the shop is nice, the shop is always looking very nice, and I don't have a bad word to say about the place.

Will be happy to continue being a customer here.

Have to say. My first time in a Gloria Jeans posters pointing to the bank are amazing, eye catching and whilst I was at the bank,could not wait to get out and try a drink. Customer service was really good and welcoming and drinks were made quickly and tasted amazing. Definitely will come again!
