I've been here many times, and look like they don't have the same recipe for staffs. But I liked 1 young guy to do for me, I tried the drink that he made for me before. I really love it. But when I order, and I offer him to do for me, the one who took my order said Yes, but still different girl did it for me. So crazy, not the taste I want. I don't come back here few months, because different technic for the same drink, and I heard from my friend got young guy working today, he just finished with her drink and she's so happy too, and i'm happy to come back today, but so disappointed about you guys, never see you again. Thanks

Thick shake was the wrong size. After I pointed that out they remade it. It was terrible. Made primarily with Ice not ice cream making it a frappe not a thick shake

15 minutes for a takeaway coffee. Wednesday avo. Not particularly busy but the young girls serving were totally consumed with talking to each other, so after having read the paper I asked where my coffee was, and was told 'your order didn't print'. If they were paying attention to their customers they might have realised this sooner.

My NDIS Client & I go to Gloria Jeans every day. On Thursday 6/03/25 I placed an order for an Iced Chocolate. The female serving me (Emily) was sullen and rude. She took my order and my money. There was only 2 young girls working and Emily seemed very stressed and angry. We over heard a phone conversation to another staff member and she was rude & loud to the other person we all heard it she was so loud. Very unprofessional. I waited for 10 minutes and got up from the table to see if my drink was ready. It wasn’t so I sat back down and continued my conversation with my Client. After another 10 mins and watching people who came long after me receive their beverages and leave. I again got up to see if my drink was made and found it sitting on the corner of the bench. At no time in the 20 minute period was my name called. My Client went to speak to Emily and she yelled over the counter and across the table area and stated that she called my name out several times to which I replied ‘no you didn’t. She kept yelling when she spoke to me She said she called out Tamara several times to which I replied my name is not Tamara. Still yelling like a ‘feral’ at me, she stated I said Why would I say my name is Tamara as that is not my name. She then raised her big loud voice even louder and screamed at me “Don’t talk to me like that”” every time I tried to talk this was her response. She then came up with, at the top of her lungs “I checked with you and you said yes when I said Tamara for the drink”. At no time did she check my name during the ordering & paying process. She was, as I said sullen and angry from the get go. She took my money wrote on a docket and did not say anything of the sort to me. Incidentally the other girl knows what my name is. After several attempts to respond & getting yelled down, the other girl then starts screaming even louder than Emily “Don’t talk to her like that!!” I was not allowed the opportunity to respond in a adult, factual & true manner.
Jump on the band wagon much We left immediately. We were humiliated & embarrassed in front of other customers. It was disgusting and appalling behaviour on Emily & the other girls part. Highly unprofessional, inappropriate behaviour in public while running someone else’s business. Over 6 days a week we spend approximately $130 a week at this Coffee Shop. We are now boycotting this shop until this young lady either apologises or is let go. As other bad reviews and there are quite a few have said there are plenty of other Coffee establishments in that Centre. Your staff need to realise that your customers pay their wages. If Emily had have just said “Oh, I’m sorry, my mistake, I’ll get you a fresh drink” there wouldn’t have been a problem. My iced chocolate was melted cream and warming. I did not get a refund or a replacement. Our day was ruined.

Coffee was average however I was shocked and appalled at the “credit card surcharge” fee. They change this on each item not the whole transaction forcing customers to pay extra. Most people don’t carry cash anymore and Gloria Jeans is 100% taking advantage of this. Yes it was “only” 23c extra on my transaction but for someone living on a low income like myself this can make a major difference. Very disappointed and will not be going there again.

The smallest coffee you can order is a ‘regular’ and it the size of everyone else’s medium. And it was $7. Below average service on top of that.

Went there at brookside Thursday asked the tall girl if I could grab a table, she snapped at me and said” only if your eating” I felt very deflated and disgusted. Went to the shingle inn and was welcomed and had the best coffee and service. Gloria jeans hmmmm don’t bother

Super rude on Boxing Day. Did not advise that they were only doing take away and that it was close to closing. Shouted at seated customers to vacate tables.Surely it would be a much better idea to let customers know when ordering that you are closing shortly and tables aren’t to be used, or cordon off whole area?
