My friend and I visit annually during the Celtic Festival, specifically to camp there. It has nice clean facilities, and plenty of beautiful trees. Perfect for campers and caravans alike! The sound of the trees will serenade you to sleep as the leaves sway in the wind. The ground is very soft and the wind and rain can get very strong, so prep accordingly if you plan to go tenting.

Spoke with someone who told us to pick a site. (Power and water). Parked up, had a lovely hot shower in the well appointed and well kept bathroom. Very quiet. A bit uphill to get back from town....

Driving north we were lucky enough to spend Saturday at the Glen Innis Show at the Showgrounds.|What a delightful real country show. So much to see and do without great hoards of people.|Really well run|The kids had so many options, the horse riding in the arena was great with so much seating available.loved all the competitions in the sheds. Flowers, fruit, veg, painting, drawing, jams, wool etc. Fascinating |Loved the wood chopping. Plenty of proper food to eat.|Well done Glen Innis and all involved. A big event that was so well organised. 👏👏

The grounds are lovely, the pavilions are beautiful the Celtic Committee does a wonderful job of maintaining the showgounds & Julie the caretaker is the most amazing host. Looking forward to seeing Julie & staying again.

Great site for travellers. Management and staff are welcoming and friendly. Amenities are first class and the location is central to shopping and sightseeing. Overall, G I Showground is five star in all aspects and would recommend this site to all travellers. Cheers G I S

Showgrounds is a great location for easy walking access to town and the Standing Stones. Amenities are fabulous. Would recommend staying here especially for Celtic Festival.

One of the best Showgrounds I've stayed at |The amenities were so clean and the staff extra friendly Lots of space to park our motorhome |They did not have a camp kitchen but there was water and electricity on the sites |Will definitely come back here

Julie is great and very accommodating. What a wonderful
Place to stay, the grounds and amenities are excellently maintained and very clean. Dogs allowed on leash. Plenty of room and different areas to camp. Highly recommend!
