First off, I've been coming to Gladstone for work for the last 10 years+. And normally, I always stay at the usual, Rydges, Oaks, Mercure/ Mantra. But this time, everything was full except this place. ||Let me just say, from start to check in and check out, wow! Anne was wonderful with late check in instructions. The property itself, small town houses and you have the whole place to your self. Its got a full kitchen, washer (w/ 2x packets of detergent), dryer and a place to park a car.||The bed was comfy, plenty of closet space, an entire balcony with table and chairs, living room with TV (foxtel and regular channels) and good wifi. ||I read earlier reviews and not sure what was up those peoples butts but this place is a hidden gem. ||Oh...and its quiet!! No traffic or drunk bogans yelling. ||I will be back and definitely recommend this place!||I even had a stuff around with my job and had to cancel re-book....no problems no issues.

another gem in my travels , once you find them you have a reluctance to tell others in case you cant get back in ! this is a great large apartment with balcony ,Entrance is by your undercover car park space and a small area downstairs housing the washing machine and drier . Each has undercover parking , full kitchen ,separate bedroom and bathroom. Air con in both bedroom and lounge/ dining area . Opening the balcony doors gives you a great breeze. The balcony has a large table and chairs so you can eat al fresco . The apartments are a short walk from shops and the business end of Goondoon street. The only negative is that wifi is not free and is quite expensive. The signal is ok although it dropped out entirely on several evenings during my stay and was back on in the morning. The manager Julie is lovely and a wealth of local knowledge and help. I find the negative comments about management quite surprising . I look forward to my next stay

We booked online and arrived after the office had closed but received a text advising where to get the key. Could not have been easier. Very impressed with the apartment and it was very clean. Nice balcony with a lovely breeze and view of the harbour. I would recommend to anyone and definitely stay again.

These apartments are not only beautifully furnished and managed well, they are close to local shops and restaurants. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments and they were lovely. ||Decor is modern and beds very comfortable, with a kitchen and dining and living area. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms give you privacy - all in all a great stay and we'll be back.

We booked the 2 room apartment. I cannot fault the room at all. Very clean, new and homely and management were lovely||||The only negative was the wifi even though we were given the password would not work for us we were there for a week and the mosquitos...Lord knows how they were getting in but we got smashed during the night in bed every night. No fly spray in the rooms, that would have been handy. ||||||Gladstone itself is not great and out views were pretty much refineries and smelts on the water. But this accommodation was just right really.||||Handy location near shopping centres etc,. The rooms can be serviced but they charge you extra for that and the car space was quite small.

The rooms were nice and new and clean. We never got to meet any management until the day we were leaving. The wifi refused to work on my laptop no matter what even though we had the password. Stayed for a week the mozzies at night inside, no idea how they could be getting in but they were a nightmare, would have been nice if there were a can of fly spray in the rooms. The only let down was the sense of false advertising for the price there is no pool unlike the photos they use on their website which led us to believe that it was part of the premises

I've stayed here four times in the past three years. The apartments are very comfortable and fully equipped with kitchen utensils, ironing board, decent Tele and excellent a/c. My only quibble is that tha car parks are standard size and I always hire a big car.

Spacious units with beautiful decor. Nice balcony, facilities and aircon good. Really clean and staff very friendly. It is located within walking distance to shopping centre and restaurants. It is a very secure apartment block with electric secutiry gates.
