The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I checked in, I felt valued as a guest. Special thanks to Sheila!! who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She is the hotel manager and was so sweet to us throughout our stay. Helping us with any problems:)) the rooms were a good size and very clean!!! Thanks Sheila<3

The most elegant stay ever. The staff are warm and charming , the room is just pristine w a beautiful bed. Local bars and restaurants. A big wave to the Rock salt restaurant for impeccable food and martinis.

Very dirty was definitely not like what the pics showed we had a two bedroom apartments, was discussed in the lack of cleaning, sheets were dirty and stained, dead bugs on the wall, shower very loud and pathetic would net let my dog even stay here in future

Our group of 10 recently stayed here and were not disappointed. We shared 2 x 2 bedroom apartments that were very reasonably priced and were perfect for our party. Great facilities, clean and very roomy with comfortable beds. The apartments were well located in the Gladstone city area with plenty of parking.||My husband and I stayed in Nbr 11 and it would have been really nice to have the TV mounted on the wall opposite our bed, as opposed to sitting on the desk. Other than that, we had no complaints. Love it!

The receptionist Danielle was lovely and we received great customer service. Our unit was spacious and affordable. I noticed the fan in the living room was dirty and the carpet had a few stains and wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. Apart from this, we would have rated it 5 stars.
