Great little country pub with cosy outdoor area and a very friendly dog called Penny. Friendly owners and cold beer, who could ask for more. We loved it, so did our dog.

Recommended by neighbours. The new managers are ex workmates of theirs. Bit of a drive to get there, but we were determined to try. Glad we did. The place has a very friendly feel about it. Tables inside and out, with fireplace for cold nights. Absolutely first rate meals, with the same applying to their service. A cute little pub that's worth the drive. Check first - they only do meals at certain times
