I had a really great experience at Gelatissimo recently! A lovely girl named Mackenzie helped me out — she was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. It made the visit even better. The gelato was delicious as always, but the service really stood out this time. Thanks, Mackenzie, for making it such a pleasant stop!

We had such a lovely experience at Gelatissimo thanks to Arnica and Bella! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Their friendly attitude and genuine smile made our visit extra special. You can really tell their servers care about the customers and take pride in their work. Big thanks to them both for making our day we’ll definitely be back!

So many flavours to choose from you're spoilt for choice but I can say the hazelnut ice cream is the best I've had anywhere 😋.

Not many choices of gelatissimo even when I came at 12.30pm. some of them were empty. The girl who were serving was not smiling at all. Not good customer service. There was no sign of extra 60¢ on the ice cream I ordered and that girl tried to charge me extra 60¢. Thank god I saw that. But Ice cream was good and quantity was more than enough for small.

Was looking for gelato and was very satisfied with gelatissimo. The quality is exceptional and can rival shops in Melbourne easily. The flavours are unique and different each time you visit. Luckily the staff is nice and lets you taste a sample before you choose. I had the New York Cheesecake flavor and it was so good 😊 I would also recommend the ferrero rocher, and boysenberry. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it’s worth it.

The place is easy to find, has semi decent parking. Nice options with silky smooth icecream, thick shake are delicious and the prices are reasonable.

Would highly recommend.
