Great place to grab a bite to drink or a cool drink after seeing the zoo or walking around the gardens. Prices are reasonable but the portions could be bigger for that price. Lots of tables in the shade and toilets nearby. Souvenir shop too.

Lovely places surrounded by lots of natural elements, the birds will come chipping on you and find food if you are seating outdoors. The food price is pretty decent but the portion can be quite small. Some souvenir available at the shop but it's both much. Come to get a quick fill of the tummy, it's going to be tiring from the walk so some food is important.

One seldom finds a breakfast perfectly cooked. This one was, even though they had loads of customers. The coffee was delicious and piping hot! What a joy. The inside seating area is where one is served. But there are lovely outdoor tables to enjoy your meal at too. Well done to all.

Lovely.
The area was shaded by large trees home to native birds waiting for your scraps.

I had the egg and bacon burger, I enjoyed it but it seemed to be lacking something, something that makes me want to eat it again, not bad but not special either.

Prices are reasonable and only a short walk to a very large play area for the little ones.

At first glance at the menu we thought the burgers were boring, they were actually very tasty! The vege burger patty was delicious, and the chicken burger was great too. Plus great chips.
Can't beat the atmosphere of sitting under a huge tree with birds all around

Just got caught at botanical gardens restaurant! $5 for carrot cake 50mm x 50mm. (Yes i have a tape measure) Their display fridge is broken so you can't see what you are buying till it's too late. Ripped off

The tearoom is a regular stop after a walk around the gardens. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is good for this type of venue and cost is reasonable. The 'barista man' makes great coffee. Outdoor seating with the birds is fun. The lorikeets, minors, kookaburras and bin chickens add to the ambience. Guard your chippies !!!
