There is plenty of parking space for your car, rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. If you wanna use public transport train station is just 5 min quick walk away. The only problem about the hotel is there was a strong dust smell in the room because carpet wasn’t clean enough

Basic, no frill budget accommodation that is pleasant and super convenient. Literally 3 mins walk to a light rail station, a ride to the city in less than 30 mins.
Our room was clean and tidy, no hygiene issue at all for us. Staff was friendly.
Very good inexpensive alternative to c accommodation for travellers who do not mind a basic, but comfortable stay.
The cost was easily 40 percent lower than the cheapest option available in the cbd.
An extra bonus is a seven eleven convenience store right next door.

BED BUGS!!
Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel has turned into a nightmare for us!
My wife and I got bitten by bed bugs on room 232. We were hoping that it was mosquitoes, or any other bug, but this has been confirmed by a nurse and a pest control professional unfortunately.
It's been two weeks since we're back home and we're still trying to get rid of it (we most likely have brought some home). We're over $2000 of expenses to try to eradicate the problem.
The hotel told us their insurance will get in touch, we're still waiting.

Overall, room was not super clean, and breakfast in the middle seated area was disturbed by 2 pigeons getting stuck and defecating close to our table; gross!

Obviously I cannot recommend this hotel. We usually book higher standard hotels, but this one was paid by my parents, visiting from overseas.

Room are spacious, neat and tidy. Convenient location. Unfortunately found lots of creepy crawlers (cockroaches) in the room and on the tables. Our room is on the ground floor. Soundproof is non-existence. Heard next door room and also all the conversation on the common lounge area. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to sound wouldn't recommend.

Berfin A

The room was a little bit smelly but it was because of the carpet, otherwise it was clean. It is a 6-7 minute walk to the train ( summer hill station) , which is great for going to the city center or to Accor stadium. If you have a car, there is a private parking lot which is so important because there is a meter everywhere.

Nurul Huda

The room is basic, quiet dusty and smells but i wont complain cuz thats what you get for that price. Traveners Hill light rail (tram) is close (walkable distance), and 7eleven operated 24hr is next to the hotel. Plenty of parking space (gated). Overall, im happy.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this place! I really appreciated the little things like a shared kitchen with oven and microwave. The inner courtyard area is a great place to chill out and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend

Be-aware - Black Mold.
On the first night of my stay, I awoke at 2.30am to a splitting headache.
Which is very unusual for me.
Wondering what it could possibly be... I checked the A/C unit. I found it to be completely full of black mold.
I went down to reception, and asked for another room. This room's A/C was also full of black mold. So I swapped again.
Little surprise this room's A/C was also full of black mold.
But I had to make due with what was available, and slept that night.
The next day I checked my colleagues room, his A/C was also full of black mold.
4 of 4 rooms checked had A/C units that were internally full of black mold.
I hope that the owners/managers see this and take the necessary steps to rectify this, the night manager seemed much more concerned with me asking to swap rooms, than of the mold.
