Great little Aussie Pub with cold beer and good prices. Renovated rooms upstairs are lovely

Just stayed there three nights. Rooms, bathrooms and tea / meal room just renovated. Very comfy bed. Bathroom good. Reasonable priced. There are two fans in the rooms which are definitely needed. Plenty of parking. Staff were really friendly. Be better with AC.

The accomodation was “wow”, staff and locals friendly and good value. It was a shame that meals weren’t available but a short walk to the club fixed that. A great town worth a visit.

Spent the long weekend at the Ganmain Hotel. They have recently renovated the accommodation at the hotel which is great. There are 7 rooms upstairs with shared bathroom facilities, one bathroom for ladies and one for guys. There are also kitchen facilities with a small fridge and tea and coffee facilities. I believe they are currently finishing the upstairs surrounds. A great option if you're looking for weekend or overnight accommodation in the area at a very reasonable price. The bar prices are super reasonable. Looking forward to a spruce up of the bar downstairs on a return visit.

Thanks Sandra and John for a wonderful week and for the beautiful meal you did for 14 guest at short notice. All so for the easy going way we did not feel rushed. When we had breakfast. You both made the stay so welcoming and god willing will be able to come back again. The word thank you is not enough but that is what we give you.

Regular happy folks, friendly and helpful. Okay tucker from an adjoining restaurant. Only pub still available in town. Bowlo and Sports/Golf Clubs take it in turn to be open. Antiques and junk along with a haystack museum and good Ganmain pies are highlights. The Providore in the CWA hall with a blackboard telling when it's open isn't.

Country pub, friendly locals. Nice cold beers, take away bottles and cans. No food served at the pub i am pretty sure. Has a pool table out the back.

Excellent chip and gravy, tasted just how they should, a bit dissapointed with the chicken schnitzel as it wasnt breast and not the very best quality. The staff were friendly, no menu online, so copied the menu they had their!
