The brief for our Melbourne wedding was greenery, with modern vibes. We also really didn’t want to be too involved in decision making beyond that! We really just handed Gallivant the reigns.
And oh wow, did they deliver…. I would give them 10 stars if I could without hesitation.
Their execution was flawless, they were super professional when dealing with our venue, they explained where/how to best spend our budget, but most importantly I was absolutely in awe of their gorgeous designs and arrangements. Our centrepieces were absolutely stunning – I was literally blown away. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Had our engagement party catered by Gallivant and they also handed the marquee setup and event design, and it was fantastic. The structure looked new clean and amazing, and their team was super organised, making the whole experience stress-free for us. Really appreciated their attention to detail and the magical atmosphere they created. Would definitely recommend for any special occasion!

Our Wedding last year in Bowral was flawlessly executed by Gallivant, handling everything from styling to catering. The company was apparently shutting down and took our deposit for our wedding without doing any work - we have emails that summarise we had booked a day and that was it. Not menu planning nothing. We were then told they were shutting down due to one of the owner's ill health and they would not be able to return any of our 3 thousand dollar deposit. After many emails and phone calls with one of the owners father (Who said he was acting winding the business down) we managed - by practically begging - to get 50% of our deposit back.
The company now seems to be back up and running. So they kept our wedding deposit, didn't "shut down their company" and are now back operating again. Unethical and unkind business practice.
