Nice and a bit pricey but not as bad as Galeria Kauhof. Also has just about all u could need and is right outside the Munchner Freiheit Ubahn. There is actually an entrance in the station so u dont even have to go outside if the weather is bad.

We wanted to buy perfume, clothes, cooking utensils and chocolates in the Galeria, but unfortunately we came out empty-handed, because when we tried the perfume to choose the scent, an employee came and complained that we were trying too much, and she continued to follow us, while the other white customers were allowed to try it without being bothered. It is definitely the worst shopping experience I have ever had in Germany.

I have been shopping with Galeria since many years now but had the worst experience with the employees in this store. Never seen such impolite and unprofessional people. If you want to return something and can't speak German, the employees will keep you sending to different people and embarrass you in front of a big line.

The store is decent sized, not as big and well stocked as some other Galerias but does the job. There is a confectionery in basement and also a Markthalle. There is parking apparently and you get 1 hour parking free if you shop worth 50€ and two hours for €100.

In general, I enjoy shopping in the Galeria. But OMG, this branch in schwabing is not good as the other Galeria at all.
Very slow and unfriendly cashiers, Store employees are just not motivated to sale the products there!
confusing and chaotic presentation in the ground floor, the 4th floor with the home stuff is completely mess and most of the products do not have a proper price label, you have to carry them to self automatic scan device on the other side of floor!! Just to know the price.
Pity such a huge store with a good location but very slow and bad service.

I was refused to get the ham cut from the piece of meat that I asked for, despite it being already open. The lady started cutting from a dry, old one yelling back that it is all the same, and when i asked her to stop, pretended not to hear me anymore

Prices higher at till than displayed on clothes, rude personnel quickly removing lower sticker prices so there would be no evidence of the discrepancy, even when I asked them to wait for me to take photo as proof for complaint. Ended up abandoning all my purchases there and leaving. Never again!
And this is a store close to shutting down due to lack of business. You'd think they'd make an effort at customer service.
