My experience at this Galeria Kaufhof was awful. I didn't know how to put the suitcase pin on, so I asked someone at the store. I asked a senior male staff member, and he got angry and started speaking rudely and disrespectfully to me. He didn't explain to me how to set the pin properly. I then went up to the till and informed the female staff of the situation. He did not even have the decency to apologise for his poor service and behaviour. I was extremely appalled with the service I received.
