We went to funhouse for a play and were disappointed upon arrival. Large sign outside was faded. We were greeted by a young girl, paid and told we don’t need socks ever though there are signs that say you do. My toddler was bored as no one else was there and I couldn’t climb in all the areas. The ball pit balls smelled and look dirty, there were rips in the soft mats, dust everywhere. Can’t comment on the food as we only stayed 30mins and for $12 it was not worth it, so we won’t be returning.

This place is horrible and frankly needs to be shutdown! It is disgusting and clearly never gets properly cleaned. The equipment is extremely damaged and there appears to be zero upkeep. Netting at high levels have holes in it, so it is just a matter of time til a child climbs through the hole and falls. I went in and left after 10 mins as I didn’t want my baby touching anything.

Poor quality and a massive health risk. Several pads for your childs safety are torn and broken. Tears are patched in masking tape. Thick layers of dust covering equipment. Ball pit filthy. My family and friends caught a stomach bug from this place. Avoid.

We had a horrid time here today. The staff at this centre are incredibly rude. I was waiting at the counter to order some sandwiches for the kids and the manager decided to spend 20 mins upstairs before taking our order. Other customers were lined up behind me also. When we finally did make our order it took over 30 mins to get 3 sandwiches out because they are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed trying to afacilitate private party.

My family and I were seated on a table closer to the large play set up the back. There were no signs or markings to indicate that this table was reserved like other tables that had signs throughout. Naturally a reasonable person would conclude that this was not reserved. Some 30 mins after we put our items down the manager rushes over to us, in clear sight of other guests, extremely confrontational and says in a harsh loud tone "You can't sit here you have to move". She simply could have indicated it was booked and we would have gladly moved. She was rude and unprofessional.

The food itself is overpriced $8.50 for a piece of toast with cheese and tomato.

The centre equipment is old, damaged and dirty.

Save yourself the frustration and go to any other place- its not worth the time or money.

Had my sons 3rd Birthday there today and was very happy with how it went. We had kids of all ages there and they all had an absolute blast! The staff were fantastic and attended to all our needs and requests, and the overall cost of the party was very fair. We have been coming here for many years since my first was born 11 years ago and yes it could do with a little revamp but overall still an EXCELLENT place to have a party! Will definitely be back again for more fun! Thank you

We had our daughter's birthday here and we were quite dissapointed the food given to the children (chips and nuggets) were burnt. The sandwich platters we ordered were made with stale bread and tasted awful. The condition of the equipment and state of the centre was overall horrible rips and holes everywhere in the equipment the balls were dirty and the place was just untidy altogether. Very dissapointed!

If I could give this place a zero I would. We hired out the hall for a private event and the staff there are completely rude and unhelpful. The vendors we had hired had a very hard time doing their job as they were yelled at and made to feel unwelcome. The staff had no issue yelling and swearing at the kids. When asked for things like extra tables or help with setting up the party the staff would speak under their breath or get angry at our requests. If you wanted to run a business espically a business dedicated to kids and birthday parties you'd think they'd be welcoming, friendly and accommodating but they are far from it, they are horrible, rude and very unprofessional. It's called the funhouse but really it's the horror house
