Considering how busy this place gets. The management and team keep it clean and well organised.
Always served with a smile and quick. The only negative thing I could say is they don’t have lactose free milk available which is disappointing. But a lovely spot to defrost and enjoy a cup of tea and absorbing yourself in the brilliant views

The staff was trying to drive me and my son out during a rainy day just because we bring a pack of v8 juice and said it will cause allergy to other customers. Yeah , your whole place is filled with alcoholic smell and filthy floor has nothing to with the allergy for underages. Will never come back to thredbo if we are forced to race here.

Conveniently located near the parking lot. You can find toilets, coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, churro, and some hot food here, including burgers, pies, hot chips, breakfast roll etc. The food is typical snow prices. There is upstairs seating available, it can get a bit busy and hard to find seating during peak hours. Overall a good experience and a good spot to rest. It has nice view of Friday Flats.
