Food and service was great, however, the dishy/kitchen hand was swearing very loudly where all the customers could hear. I have a 3 year old son, and didn’t like the language. Children pick up on words so easily. My whole family all looked unimpressed of the language being used in the kitchen.

We went for dinner and it was very good to see a menu that was reflecting pub meals and pub prices too. We ordered the Fredo chicken burger with chips and Scotch fillet steak with salad, chips and gravy. The burgers are delish and steak grilled beautifully and those chips are next level, crispy with an added coating of flavour. The dining room has just been refurbished and is bright and airy. Can't wait for the outside beer garden to be completed, should a great place in the warmer months. We will be back and definitely recommend. Service from kitchen and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only got long necks from the bottle shop they were ice cold and man were they good every bottle shop should have an esky with longnecks we deserve to have cold beers after a hard day of work thank you ill be stopping in when ever i get the chance also lovely service

Parked the caravan here for a night on the way to Nambucca (for free).
Pub is pretty basic but the beer was cold and the staff were fine. The local working blokes out the front were friendly enough, so don't be put off by appearances. Couldn't try the food as the bistro was closed this night.

Don’t let the drab (flood affected) decor of this place put you off. We had the beef burgers and have to say it was one of the best (if not best) burger we have had in years! Their Lemon Lime and Bitters drinks are made old school! Great value and fabulous quality. Enjoy the food!!

Had dinner here tonight in exchange for a free park spot out the back. It was awesome! friendly staff, and amazing food, chicken schnitty looked small at first but it was sooo thick and juicy and yummy coating. Chippies were crispy and yum and salad was amazing with great dressing! Definitely a great spot, well swing back through again for sure.

I've stopped here a few times with my caravan and stayed overnight behind the Hotel ... Great spot for self-contained vehicles only?. Dinner at the 'Fredo Pub' (as the locals call the hotel) is scrumptious ... the staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. There's a lovely 'country-vibe' to the Pub, which is only a few minutes drive to the town of Kempsey and a few minutes off the Pacific Hwy. Frederickton is well worth a visit?
