we had great food and excellent friendly service. More than that, the staff were charming and really added to our enjoyment of the meal. One of our party has multiple allergies and the staff accommodated our needs with grace. We had the risoni special the duck, and the asparagus risotto and the bombalaska. If you’re thinking we ate a lot, you’re right, but this is a report from two meals. We went for lunch and it was so good we went back for dinner a day later. The wine list is excellent and the staff were very helpful in suggesting matching wines with our food choices.

Calamari and tiramisu was really great. The former was tender, soft and crunchy, tasted great with their sauce; the latter has well-balanced sweetness and creaminess, though it doesn’t have strong liqueur or coffee taste. However, the two pasta was a bit below average. The special spaghetti one with pipis, I got sand from every pipi in this dish. The ragu was also slightly salty, but still edible fortunately. Their pasta were both a bit hard, I prefer the softer ones, but this is my personal preference. The service was good, though the waiter looks a bit aggressive, he was pretty nice to us ? in general, a bit overpriced with this quality of food.

Great food, great coffee and great service. Pretty much sums up our experience here. You have a choice of alfresco or indoors sitting just it was a bit nippy on a winter day so we picked indoors. Like any other seriously good restaurants that serve authentic cuisines (Italian in this case), their menu selection is not extensive but you know they serve what they do well and are proud of. Loved the creamy sauce that compliments and brings out the flavour of the carpaccio. Pasta is al dente and the sauce has a rich flavour and aroma. Baked Gnocchi is delightfully done. Perfect for winter season, even though the slow cooked beef could be a bit more tender. Macchiato does not disappoint. Tiramisu is authentic and moist. With its generous serving, it tastes even better when shared.

This was a knockout right outside of downtown Sydney. Cool little neighborhood with dining available outside (covered). Great wine by the glass selection coupled with unparalleled service. I hade the carpaccio and the lamb ragu with a few glasses of borollo. 10/10. Ragu was a beautiful dish, wasn’t heavy at all. Will come back and recommend to people traveling.

Celebrated a friend’s milestone birthday here so the good Italian menu worked well. Party of seven in a small room any more people may have been a bit of a squeeze.

Food is good, but nothing amazing. You can get far better food at other Italian restaurants in Sydney. Staff are also not the friendliest/most helpful - I was told to “wait seven minutes and I’ll speak to you” by a staff member when I was waiting to tell them I had a reservation that I was there on time for. The waiter serving us also kept making mistakes with forgetting dishes and putting tap water in sparkling water glasses and was rude when some people at the end of the table, far away, were having a conversation while she was speaking, telling them they needed to be quiet. I would recommend the restaurant purely for the vibe.

Having Monday lunch, not too many restaurants opened for lunch on Mondays, decided to go there after so many years. Service was prompt by the Italian waiter, we had the trademark Calamari (we had it many times in the past - pre pandemic) which was very tasty and the serving size was generous, we chose today's special the Ravioli, the presentation was not that great but it was very tasty, we also had Tutti Mare which had sardines, mussels and octopus which was very very nicely done especially the octopus which was tender and very rich in taste. All in all a very nice lunch.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Potts point. If you’re in for an Italian treat this is the place to go. It can be very overwhelming with the amount of options there are in the area but I can assure you that this is a good choice. My only comment is that I wish the menu had a few more options and the portion size for the pasta was a little larger but everything taste amazing. Would come again.
