Service here by one staff member was very rude.
They had no change and in front of me she just said we have no change in a rude manner.
I had to return to work to get change and then when I was waiting for my order there was another customers who gave $50 and she gave him over $40 change.
Very strange she didn't have change a few minutes prior.
My manager also stated that everytime she goes there they say the same thing 'No Change'.
You should put a sign if you don't want cash.
Pretty poor attitude from our up and coming younger generation...

Bad service at Weatherspark, today I ordered a coffee and a slice of dessert. The girlafter counter put the dessert in a bag and almost threw it in my face without asking me if I wanted it hot and without a fork to use, cold coffee🤨 The girl needs training her manners are poor. ✖✖✖✖✖

Very rude and disrespectful staff lacking all manners of customer service. The girls @ the coffee machine are young and they need proper training , as their attitudes is a serious problem. Reporting to the council too.

The service is extremely bad and this place has gone quite for a very good reason. I don't really know how owners and managers employ these girls with such bad and arrogant attitude especially the skinny lanky girl with a fake black hair now she keeps dying her hair different colour every time she ruins someone's day and gets complained about.
The previous owners and staff were very good.

If you want to have a good time and good meals try to avoid this place.

Shockingly poor service. Ordered take away coffee and after 10 minutes waiting, I walked away. Staff too busy socialising and on mobile phones. Luckily other options in stocklands available who are interested in quality and service.

Had coffee and light breakfast here. Coffee was average, but the food was bad. Didn’t think it was possible to mess up a bacon and egg toastie, but here we are. I could barely see or taste any egg, and very minimal bacon; it was 90% bread, 5% bacon and 5% egg. Horrible. Do not recommend at all.
