Me and my wife went for a coffee
My wife asked for a Large dirty Chai. When it was ready, the employee called out "large dirty chai" and proceeded to leave it on the counter with several other unmarked coffee's awaiting pick up. After having a sip, my wife noticed it wasn't a dirty chai and she may have picked up the wrong one. When we returned to ask, the employee was very rude, saying that we'd picked up the wrong coffee and that we had "only paid for a L but took a jumbo" and that we had to pay the difference (between L and Jumbo). She also wanted to charge us again for the dirty chai as someone had taken that by accident too. When my wife said she'll just keep the one we'd accidentally taken, she was told to still pay the difference between L and J. If the cups were marked, this would not have happened! The way this situation was handles was very rude and unprofessional. The shop was busy and it was very embarrassing, insinuating that we were trying to get away with a larger coffee. Next time write ON your coffee cups!!!

Coffee's are not to bad but prices are way to high. $5.50 for a small Mocha. I don't think I've ever paid that much anywhere and have had much nicer elsewhere. Will be skipping this franchise.

I ordered a take a way coffee and an egg and bacon toastie this morning 9/3/2024 I had driven up from Kiama. The toast was half toasted. The egg & bacon had been pre cooked and cold. No sandwich press had been used and no sauce on the toastie. Mc Donald’s would have been a better alternative and what’s more they didn’t care. I am not sure where the previous staff went to. It was once a nice little place to grab a coffee. Kings Langley which has the same franchise is amazing however I was not going in that direction. Don’t worry will never be back!!!

Coffee is great 5 stars hand down, but If you ever pre order any donuts maybe head to other stores they seem to give you what you pre ordered, Ive been let down over 3 times in last year at this location.

Worst customer service.
Staff are indifferent and incredibly slow. They really don’t care if it takes them 15 mins to make ONE coffee. They would rather flirt and talk with their friends than complete an order. They will keep you waiting until they are done catching up. Unbelievable.
The coffee was substandard and overpriced.
I have given this place many chances thinking it was just a bad day - no. They are like this every single time.
Not coming back.

Just used Wetherill Park outlet for my first Franky & Co. experience. It will be my last. Ordered two toasties, my mistake. Yours were toasties were served cold, the bbq sauce I ordered on the toasties was a non appearance. Could not finish the second toastie. Only good thing about my experience is that the coffee is rather good.
