We stayed here while our son underwent surgery and stayed a few days at the nearby Wesley Hospital. We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment which was a little dated, the carpet had seen better days and the fixtures were old but clean and serviceable. The linen was very clean and fresh. There was sufficient crockery, cutlery utensils etc to be able to cook a meal. The washer and dryer worked well. Only a short but steep walk to Auchenflower station which is then one stop to Toowong Village where you can purchase all of your groceries without going outside from the station. Good value for money, nice views. The staff are helpful if you contact them on the mobile number.

Huge rooms, fully self contained with a balcony. Beds comfortable, amenities clean. Be a good location for a family looking to be close to the city.

Tried calling several times only to find out the main number has been disconnected. Person who answered the mobile number I finally found was unprofessional & spoke poor english.. he never announced the name of the hotel or seemed interested in providing any information. Tried asking why the number was disconnected yet still listed all over google AND their website & he wouldn't provide an answer. I tried asking about the sauna his site claims they have but he said it was "under maintenance". I tried asking several times why the number & the sauna weren't taken off the website but instead of answering, he kept trying to find out who I knew there & then hung up on me.

According to what I was told, the apartments aren't kept very clean & aren't modern, so considering what they charge per night, you'd be better off choosing somewhere with better customer service.

The rooms themselves were satisfactory, but the bathroom would be helped by an extraction fan. The kitchen came with many utensils, but some were noticeably absent, like the blades for the nutri bullet, a can opener, tea spoons, and a full crockery set (some were mismatched).

Honestly, it was value for money, though, as we were allowed to keep our cat with us. It was close to the city and was very secure, offering peace of mind.

Lastly, the property manager, Bell, was very polite and considerate, and always made sure that if we needed something fixed or the sheets changed that it was done promptly and professionally.

The rooms were lovely, the apartment which was 3 bedrooms was very spacious with a really good kitchen size, however the inside of the oven door was dirty. I cleaned it myself also inside cupboards were a bit dirty so I cleaned them out also, I have worked as a cleaner in a 4 and half star resort so I know what should be cleaned when walking into an apartments, the bathroom sink wasn't very safe it tipped forward with the slight lean on it. The plus side is it was spacious and close to many things.

The place was well kept and spacious. The kitchen appliances needed to be updated though.
Bel the property manager was professional and quick to fix any issues that came up with our room.
If your looking for a place to crash that also allows your pets, I differently recommend.

It is located in such a good location with Riverview. Room is spacious with relaxing balcony . Close to everything, walking distance nice cafe and Restaurants, bus stops, markets ,train stations all so close. So close to the city too and very quiet!

Huge 3 bedroom apartment. Secure parking.
Unfortunately, we couldn't enter the room till after 5pm waiting for cleaners to come. The Room was not clean. Smudges on glass, doors ect. Had to get cleaners back for toenail clippings in bedside draw, crumbs over toaster, Food from previous guest in cupboards. Rubbish in bedroom draws. Was also toenail clippings out on verandah. Out door area definitely wasn't cleaned as table had drink rings and food on it. Chairs scattered around. Shower in ensuite couldn't be used as it was broken. Promised it'd be fixed. Wasn't.. A/C in lounge wasn't working, This they fixed the next day. Huge amount of Lint in dryer. Some glasses in cupboards very dirty ( milk in them). The vents in the ceiling were full of dust and the mattress need to be thrown out. Extremel stained.
Seems like a lot but the place just needs a decent clean and refurbish. It is in a great location and management was very helpfu gave us free parking and a bottle of wine for our troublel. Probably would stay again as it was large enough for my family, walking distance to city and ferry terminal.
