Something very wrong with the staff. Apart from 'what can I get you', the barista doesn't look at you nor say thank you, you're welcome etc. She hates her job and hates customers and by the way makes terrible coffee. All my other fb experiences are perfect. If you don't want a job. Don't get one. Otherwise learn some basic words and customer service.

The place next door was giving out free coffee and this place still had a massive line, I personally will walk from the other side of the shops to get coffee here and see many others do it too. The only crime this guys have committed is not opening a store Northlakes yet. Best coffee you’ll find at any shopping centre and highly rated amongst the best generally for specialty coffee keep up the great work.

I had a wonderful experience today with your staff members, Claire and Chloe. They meet me with beautiful smiles, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I was so hot and couldn't stop perspirating, they suggested I take a seat, and bought me an iced water to help cool me down. I'm so grateful to them for looking after me! ❤️ I had a skinny cappuccino, it was the perfect temperature and great coffee. I definitely recommend visiting this coffee shop! Thank you Claire and Chloe! 🌹

The staff is very friendly, and iced matcha latte is very tasty. I will come to buy hot ones next time. My friend even bought two cups!

Saw the sign and stopped for a lactose free iced matcha, cost $9.50. Would happily pay that for something tasty but unfortunately just tasted like milk, looked good but was one of the worst I've had. At least the server was nice 😅

Excellent coffee! I had a hot mocha latte with macadamia nut milk and absolutely loved it! They offer cups and mugs, too, if you prefer a dine-in cup. Great service, too!

The coffee is great, there is no question about it. My favourite spot in Chermside and much better than many cafes. Service is always friendly and prompt too. However, the amount of dust and cobwebs on the roof and light fittings is hard to stomach every time I go. I can’t help but look up and worry what is falling down from above. Would be full five stars if not for that.

I’ve been to every foster and black and Chermside f&b has hands down the best brew omg. The staff are really professional and friendly as well. Please try their seasonal blends and filter. Flavour is insane.
