A nice caravan park in Glen Innis. We didn't have a booking but they were able to accommodate us last minute. We were pulling a 10 meter caravan and they gave us a spot just overnight during Easter holidays.
The bathrooms were clean, secure and numerous for the size of their park. They also have laundry machines as well.

If your standards aren't high and you don't mind a room with the last person's left overs and dust & filthy behind, this is the place for you! Floors where not washed or vacuumed, shower was full of hair from multiple parts of the body.. as you look up the exhaust fan is black with filth, shower water does not function properly. No dishwashing detergent to wash dishes with after cleaning the sink out from the last persons food.
Hair through the double bed that was not ours.
Heater didn't work due to their not being working batteries in it - I went and bought my own!!
Room smelt of cigarettes.
Kitchen cupboards where disgusting, full of crumbs.
Undersides of cups had stains and grime on them.
Shelves where nasty.
Plates and cutlery had food particles on them.
Absolutely rude customer service.
Overall very poor quality for price, not kept at all hygiene wise.
Fossicking consists of a bag you have to buy, black tubs - not an organic experience as advertised.
You have to hire extra linen for the bunk beds despite the room being advertised otherwise. I made a booking stating a child was coming and they expected me to pay for extra linen !!

What a waste of money and way to dampen a holiday experience.

Do not waste your money !

Convenient place to stop for an over-night stay. Amenities were clean, however toilet paper ran out not long after we got there and wasn't replenished even by the next morning. Our spot was very tight. We only have a 13 foot van and couldn't reverse it in without running over the opposite gardenbed. We ended up driving through the car spot of the site behind us. Plenty of walking distance restaurants.

Stayed in this park for about 10 days. It was generally quiet and peaceful with the exception of the odd noisey car or nine speeding up the laneway behind.
Amenities quite old and dated, but functional.
Sites quite tight and in some places not clearly defined.

Electricity boxes in a weird spot at the front of the site and not at the rear.

What we were disappointed with was having the (appeared to be a permanent or very long term) van next to us take our car space area (despite having ample on the other side of his van) and staff stood and watched us having to continually move our car to allow others the room to reverse in and out if their sites, without addressing the fact that our car was not able to get parked in its allotted area.

Awesome little gem of a tourist park. Staff were really friendly. We had an ensuite site and they were very clean. Discount fuel for customers.

Neat little caravan park close to town. Amenities are clean and tidy. Staff, friendly and welcoming. Sites are small and can be a little tricky to get into, but fairly level.

Travelling back to the Sunshine Coast Qld and had the pleasure of staying here in my little teardrop camper last month - August 2024.. This caravan park / cabins etc is the cleanest I have stayed in, in quite a while and very competive on the price $31 for the night. The ammenities block was spotless ( great showers! ) and easily accesible. The camp kitchen and grounds were spotless as well. An easy walk to the RSL via the back lane and a few minutes more to the other restaurants in town. A very well run and friendly place. I will definately stay again. 5 stars from me.
