If you travel for coffee, check this place.
The macchiato was excellent; flavour, temperature, acidity and intensity.
The place is overcharged with old items; they could change extra as museum.
The lovely couple; I believe the owners are friendly; old school.
Passion fruit cheese cake was superior than the croissant.
The place might need a renovation, but it gives character.
It seems the place doesn’t have a kitchen; so it you are hungry, get a take away coffee
This place is highly recommend

Balance of acidity, temperature, and milk was perfect. flat white was smooth, and iced long black preserved the aroma and flavor of the shots well. The owner and staff were friendly, and the quiet, cozy, and unique atmosphere of this local cafe made me feel great.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while. A couple years ago I was in the area for a medical specialist appointment and easily having one of the hardest days of my life. I hadn’t been to the area before, but found myself dropping by this cafe after the appointment. I ordered the most wonderful lemon tart in the display case, and the lady who served me was so friendly, warm and kind - she complimented my outfit, we spoke briefly about vintage shopping and markets, and then we went our seperate ways. It was such a brief moment, but her kindness and warmth, combined with a delicious and homely lemon tart, gave me hope on a really difficult day.

I've been here many times and the coffee is done properly. What I like is the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans as soon as you come in the shop. Babyccinos for kids are a hit. The coffee is just superbe.
