I wanted to praise the team at Forever Hair & Beauty for their professionalism and patience with kids. We have attended a couple of times with 16 months old bub's hair cut and today, 5 year old ear piercing. Can't fault them, and creates such a safe comfortable space. Thank you!

I for one was not happy with this hairdresser. This is the second bad experience here and will definitely not be back. A few months ago went in for colour, cut and foils. When I went home I noticed the base colour was not matched to my hair colour and I had a dark band along the base which looked like my roots needed redoing. I did call and went back and had the colour corrected (free of charge) which i appreciated.(It wasn't perfect but definitely better).

Thought I'd give them another go approximately 2 weeks ago. Didn't get the lady who was meant to be doing my hair for a start. Colour, cut and foils once again with Claire. Looked OK with the lighting and then once I got home could see the same thing had been done. A dark band once again and colour didn't blend. This is twice now. Went back to the salon to show them. The lady I spoke to agreed with me however did not offer to have it corrected at some stage and I didn't want that either. One of the worst hair experiences ever and a huge waste of my money. Hating my hair colour, feels like it hasn't even been done. Sorry to say, but this salon needs some training with colouring for blonde hair. Keep your cheese n biscuits, I want a decent hairdresser who knows how to colour hair. Very disappointed customer ?

Have had the blessing of coming to Hollys salon for nearly 7 years! She’s that great I travel from Newcastle every 3 weeks for a fresh cut. I was more than happy to help Holly out with her recent Barber course at TAFE! This lady has many skills under her belt. Looking forward to many more years of cuts by Holly & her team ♥️

Had a back wax by Lana today. She was so professional and nice. An excellent and painless (relatively pain-free) experience. Lana was very good at her job and I'd 100% reccomed Forever Hair & Beauty and Lana for waxing.

Always feel welcome by all staff.
Feel wonderful after both hair and beauty treatments. Could not recommend them more. Had them do hair and makeup for wedding and felt gorgeous.
