The food is alright, but they like to take your meals even when you’re not finished eating, I guess this was due to the younger blonde wanting to knock off early/on time. I asked for them to put it back down but she shrugged her shoulders and walked off! Beware, guard your food!! 😅 to eager to get home. Told management and they also said “well sorry we can’t replace it, the kitchen is closed now” not to mention, it was also Mother’s Day…

This was a surprise. The motel is just off the coast near a bar and gaming area. I was a little concerned, but there was no need. The room was very functional and spotless. Great shower, toiletries provided, very comfortable bed with nice bed linen. A good-sized sofa, fridge, microwave, kettle but also plates, glasses, cutlery.
You could also park the car directly outside the room.
We were just passing through but had a great stay.

This is a modern newly built tavern motel situated on acres. Easy access from the bridge and to the airport to check in a rental car at Cambridge park and shuttle to the HIA. ROOMS ARE VERY VERY SPACIOUS. Modern. Lots of storage. Good tv, bed, microwave kettle etc. QUIET. It’s well off the highway and huge parking area on one side and paddock then suburban on the other. Little alcove wit table makes pleasant change to usual cinder block cells. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a night, rooms clean and comfortable. Only issue for us was not having air con so made it a bit stuffy overnight. Service was awesome, such lovely people and relaxed. Food not quite as good, but not bad.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet as the rooms are situated behind the hotel and restaurant area. Plenty of local food options around.

Planned trip from the NW for a few days in the area…..
It’s a little out of the way but allows to explore the area while you’re there…..
Great food in the bistro and the rooms were very clean and welcoming and quiet.

Spent one night here on our last day in Tassie. Conveniently located near the airport.

Rooms: big with aircon. Very clean and no weird smell.
Comfy beds although can be better (they’re a bit noisy when you turn, especially for light sleepers).

Pillows are very good.

Walls are a bit thin and I could hear the water running each time the neighbours were in the toilet.

They have a very nice restaurant with an extensive menu but we didn’t try it this time.

All in all, a very good place for a short stay.

There are too many spiders, and they are right above the bed I don't feel safe and would rather sleep in my car!!!!!!! I would like for you to get rid of the spider after every time someone leaves. I liked the hotel it is just all the spiders in my room!!!!! So please get RID OF THEM!!!! Thank you for listening.
