I visit to this massage shop for over 8 years! The staff is friendly and the masseur are very professional! I feel relax and my shoulder pain gone after the massage! Worst massage I’ve ever received. I ended up going somewhere else the same day and paid more money to fix the issues this place created. I have woken up feeling like I’ve been internally bruised and can hardly move my back. I kept telling the lady to go softer but she kept pushing her elbows deeper into me. It was honestly so painful. I booked for a neck and shoulder but she dug her elbows so deep into my lower back that I now have so much pain there and have new problems. Don’t go to this place!

Reflexology: very disappointing. The girl spent more time on my legs than on my feet. Don’t think I shall be going back. The chair was comfy. Lots of shopping centre noise (including squeals from kids). Not relaxing. My feet and esp my toes were keen for massaging. It didn’t happen.

Booked the combined foot and shoulder/neck package for 1hr. They did the shoulder and neck while the foot spa was happening instead of sitting me in the water with nothing else happening for 15 minutes like other places do. Then they got into the foot massage and I had to politely ask if they'd please let me buy another 30 minutes because it felt so incredible. I'll definitely be back as a new regular.

This is a 3.5 not a 3 review.
This place has lovely polite staff and the place is clean and tidy. The facilities are comfortable and suitable calming music plays out of the surround speakers.
I had a back massage which was okay more pushing around and pressing down than a massage and a foot massage than was 'nice' and delicate which I think appeals to their cliente but alas not me. There is also no foot washing and bathing (which is common in American).
It is okay for a mall experience I will see if I can do better in Sydeny.
