We thoroughly enjoyed the Moroccan Cooking Class - we had a lot of fun and ate some delicious food! The menu was a really interesting and a tasty cross section of tastes and we loved the clever tips on the use of spices to enhance the dishes. Of course sitting down to enjoy the dishes - with a glass or two of wine - was the best way to finish the class. I would highly recommend this experience - its a lot of fun, the cooking tips and tricks are really useful, and the food is delicious!

To say Food I Am/Nu-Lumeah was amazing for our wedding is an understatement. The professionalism of the team, the view, the FOOD smashed all ours and our guests expectations. This place is your one stop shop, and we cannot recommend it enough. Nerida was all kinds of fabulous, she kept it cool the whole day, ran around with the biggest smile and was such a pleasure (especially for an anxious bride!). We have had non-stop compliments on our day, on the venue, on Nerida and the team and of course, the food. Thank you for your hard work team! Would love to re-live the day all over.

I recently attended the Pasta Master Class with Luke Piccolo, It was amazing - informative, fun, hands-on and most importantly...... delicious.
The techniques taught by this accomplished chef were clearly explained and I enjoyed using my newly learnt skills the very next day, to cook for my family.
Would highly recommend Food I Am Cooking Classes.
I will definitely be going back.

Attended the International Street Food class at Food I Am with some friends and it was fantastic! Loved getting hands-on with delicious recipes from around the globe. Shep, our chef, was not only informative but also made the class incredibly fun. The atmosphere was lively, and the company was great. Definitely recommend for a fun and tasty culinary experience!

Attended the BBQ masterclass and the food and atmosphere was amazing, was surprised with the decent portions of food and having a few beers throughout the night was a nice bonus considering I expected to only receive one beer and small portions of food. Shep was very knowledgeable and I am happy to have come away with a full belly and a few new tips and tricks to hopefully up my BBQ game.

The only negative I could think of was in my opinion the class was to big, we had 19 people which meant not everyone got to use the BBQ or prepare any meat, I came to this class to learn to cook on a BBQ and my only hands on experience was making a salad. If I wanted to learn to make a salad I would attend a vegetarian class...once hell has frozen over.

At just under $200 a head, I imagine this large class size was mostly a cash grab it would have been much better with say 10-12 people, we could have had a bit more hands on learning with a smaller size and during our meals the chef could walk around to all the tables and chat with everyone instead of just staying at one end and only talking to a select few.

Fabulous Stress free Christmas cooking class. I learnt so much and will be using the recipes for this Christmas lunch. Foodiam is an amazing venue and I find the cooking classes informative. You are kept busy however it’s a relaxed atmosphere as well. Shep is a fantastic chef and teacher. Reasonable prices for classes and always a great experience.
The view from the outdoor dining area is amazing.

What an amazing venue! Definitely has a five-star rating as it was an international level of hospitality. The service was very attentitative considering we were celebrating a 90th birthday. Nothing but positive comments from all the guests, stating they had the most wonderful time with world-class food and service. We couldn't speak more highly of the Food I am team and business. We would thoroughly recommend the experience to all of any age. They will take good care of you and your needs at Food I Am. Thank you!
