We recently stayed for three nights at the charming and wonderfully welcoming Flowerdale White House Bed and Breakfast, just a short drive from Wynyard on Tasmania's gorgeous north-west coast. The property is down a dirt road and then a narrower road between fields. ||||Our queen-bedded room was light, super clean and warm (the weather was cool, and I did notice a ceiling fan for warmer evenings). There is ample cupboard space and lighting in the room and bathroom is good. The large en-suite had a huge shower recess with rain shower, excellent water pressure and hot water. Hand sanitiser is available in the room and elsewhere. ||||For us, it was the engaging and generous hosts and the little touches that set this experience apart from others. There were fresh flowers in the bedroom and in the hall and dining room; chocolates and caramels together with bottled water appeared each day; paracetamol if required could be found in the bathroom drawer; breakfast was served at a time of our choosing........I could go on. I must say that the lamb's fry was totally delicious - something I have not eaten for a while.||||Flowerdale is an excellent base from which to explore the north-west, the Tarkine drive, or to potter around the towns. An evening meal is available on request and there are good places at which to dine nearby. Our hosts were only too happy to make suggestions.||||We would definitely return to Flowerdale White House if we are in the north west again. Thank-you, for a splendid stay.

Beautifully appointed room with en suite, comfortable bed and plenty of storage with extra special touches such as chocolates and bottled water provided and high quality hand and body wash. The hosts provided a delicious breakfast of local produce. They were very kind and friendly hosts, gave valuable information to help us plan our travels and have the most beautiful friendly and well behaved dogs. Nothing was any trouble and we were sad to say goodye. Overall a real 5 star experience
